LAC 19:VII.2507 – Application Procedure

A. The application shall contain but not be limited to:
1. 1. résumés of principals;
2. 2. current balance sheet and income statement of applicant fund and individual investments;
3. 3. balance sheet and income statement of all funds and investments managed by applicant principals during the last three years and/or other investments managed by the principals in the last three years;
4. 4. list of fund investors.
