1. A. The Louisiana Economic Development Corporation (LEDC), or Louisiana Economic Development (LED), as the administrators of this program, may make, create, or issue from time to time Guidelines interpreting, construing, explaining and/or supplementing these Rules; and may revise, supplement, or otherwise change or modify the guidelines at any time with or without notice.
