1. A. Confidential information in the files of the corporation and its accounts acquired in the course of its duty is to be used solely for the corporation. The corporation is not obliged to give out any credit rating or confidential information regarding the applicant/borrower (see Louisiana Attorney General’s Opinion #82-860).
