2. Award―grant funding approved under this program for eligible applicants.
3. Awardee―an applicant receiving an award under this program.
4. DED―Louisiana Department of Economic Development.
5. Operating Costs―ongoing administrative, salary and travel expenses of the organization(s) applying for program funds.
6. Program―the Regional Initiatives Program.
7. Secretary―the Secretary of the Department of Economic Development.
