1. A. If a company receives a grant award pursuant to this High Impact Jobs Program and it is subsequently determined that the company did not qualify for the benefit then:

   1. 1. Future payments to the company shall be reduced by the amount wrongfully received by the company; or,
   2. 2. If there are no future payments due the company from which to deduct the amount owed, LED may recover any monies wrongfully obtained.
