1. A. After its review and determination of eligibility, LED will prepare the project application information in a format suitable for presentation to the board.
2. B. The board must approve the project application prior to a contract being issued.
3. C. Applicant or its representatives will be notified of the board meeting date at which their project application will be considered. The applicant should have someone present who is able to answer any questions the board may have regarding the information contained in the project application, otherwise the project application may be deferred or denied.
