1. A. The Competitive Projects Payroll Incentive Program (the “program”) provides an incentive rebate of up to 15 percent of a participating company’s new payroll. The secretary (“secretary”) of the Louisiana Department Economic Development (“LED”) may invite businesses who meet the eligibility requirements to participate in the program.
