1. A. The following fee schedule is adopted to cover administrative costs of implementing, maintaining and enforcing the Private Education Lender Registry, as provided by R.S. 6:1421, et seq.:

   1. 1. initial registration fee of $1,500;
   2. 2. renewal registration fee of $1,000; and
   3. 3. renewal registration fee late fee of $500.
