LAC 10:IX.521 – Severability

A. If any Section, term, or provision of this rule,
LAC 10:IX.501-519, is for any reason declared or adjudged to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect, impair, or invalidate any of the remaining Sections, terms, or provisions contained herein.
