- (1) The collector, any interested person, or anyone on behalf of a person who has been judicially found to be of unsound mind may appeal from the judgment confirming or disapproving the commissioner's sale and the distribution of proceeds.
- (2) No issues may be raised in the appeal that could have been raised in an appeal from the judgment of the sale.
- (3) Any appeal under this section shall be taken within thirty (30) days after the date of the judgment.
- (4) The requirement for giving bond and the provisions of the bond shall be the same as in the case of an appeal from the judgment of sale.
