For the purposes of this chapter:

- (2) "Board" means the board of trustees of a consolidated emergency services board; "Chief" means a chief executive officer appointed by a board to manage the affairs of a consolidated emergency services district; "District" means a consolidated emergency services district, established in accordance with KRS 75A.020; and "Trustee" means a member of the board of trustees of a consolidated emergency services district.
