Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 108.080 – Definitions for KRS 108.090 to 108.180.

As used in KRS 108.090 to 108.180 unless the context requires otherwise:

(4) "District" means emergency ambulance service district; "Board" means the board of directors of the emergency ambulance service district; "County" means the incorporated and unincorporated areas thereof; "City" means an incorporated city of any class.
