Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 57.320 – Purchase and distribution of bound volumes and advance sheets of opinions of Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. (Effective July 15, 2026)

If requested by the Chief Justice, a judge, or the county law librarian, the state law librarian, under direction of the Supreme Court, may purchase bound volumes and advance sheets of, or electronic access to, the opinions of the Supreme Court and Court of Appeals for the use of the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, a county law library, or a Circuit or District Court.
