Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 56.065 – Definitions for KRS 56.065 to 56.180.

As used in KRS 56.065 to 56.180, unless the context requires otherwise: "Cabinet" means the Finance and Administration Cabinet; and

(1) "Subject of risk" means any or all property reasonably considered to be subject to
(2) loss or damage by any single occurrence of any event insured against.
