Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 520.060 – Promoting contraband in the second degree.

(1) A person is guilty of promoting contraband in the second degree when:
1. (a) He knowingly introduces contraband into a detention facility or a penitentiary; or
2. (b) Being a person confined in a detention facility or a penitentiary, he knowingly makes, obtains, or possesses contraband.
(2) Promoting contraband in the second degree is a Class A misdemeanor.
