Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 514.150

Possession of stolen mail matter.

Effective Jul 15, 19821982 Ky. Acts ch. 425, sec. 2Commonwealth of Kentucky

(1) A person is guilty of possession of stolen mail matter when he knowingly or having reason to believe that it has been the subject of theft in violation of KRS 514.140:
1. (a) Possesses;
2. (b) Buys;
3. (c) Receives;
4. (d) Conceals;
5. (e) Deals in; or
6. (f) Sells; any mail matter (as defined in KRS 514.140).
(2) Possession of stolen mail matter is a Class D felony.
