Retroactive applicability.

Effective Mar 31, 19981998 Ky. Acts ch. 220, sec. 5Commonwealth of Kentucky

KRS 431.220, 431.223, 431.240, and 431.250 shall apply retroactively to all prisoners sentenced to death before March 31, 1998.
