Elections for Justices of the Supreme Court shall be held at the regular elections, and every eight (8) years thereafter, as follows:

4. (4) In the fifth district, in 1976; In the third district, in 1978; In the seventh district, in 1980; and In the first, second, fourth and sixth districts, in 1982.
