- (1) At the settlement hearing, if no exceptions are filed, the settlement, if made
- (2) according to law, shall be approved. If exceptions are filed, other evidence may be heard, and the court shall upon the whole case, reject, confirm, alter, or amend the settlement.
- (3) Any evidence given in court must be electronically recorded and filed in the court record.
- (4) Settlements confirmed and filed in the court record shall be prima facie evidence between the interested parties.
