Law as to property devised subject to lien.

Effective Oct 1, 19421942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1Commonwealth of Kentucky

KRS 394.420 to 394.490 shall not affect any statutory provision in relation to property devised which may be subject to a lien.
