As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise: "Cabinet" means the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet;

1. (1) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Juvenile Justice;
2. (2) "Department" means the Department of Juvenile Justice;
3. (3) "Facility" means any facility operating under the authority or control of the
4. (4) Department of Juvenile Justice; and "Secretary" means the secretary of the Justice and Public Safety Cabinet.
