Certification by Governor not required for certain administrative bodies. (Effective July 15, 2026)

Effective Jul 15, 20262026 Ky. Acts ch. 184, sec. 2Commonwealth of Kentucky

Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, the Governor's signature or certification shall not be required for the following administrative bodies to promulgate an emergency or ordinary administrative regulation:

(1) The Kentucky Lottery Corporation; and
(2) The Kentucky Horse Racing and Gaming Corporation.
