As used in KRS 362.1-901 to 362.1-908:

- (3) "Converted organization" means the entity resulting from a conversion; "Converting organization" means the entity undertaking a conversion; "General partner" means a partner in a partnership and a general partner in a limited partnership;
- (4) "Limited liability company" means a limited liability company organized under the law of another Kentucky Limited Liability Company Act or comparable jurisdiction;
- (5) "Limited liability partnership" means a limited liability partnership as provided for in KRS 362.1-931; "Limited partner" means a limited partner in a limited partnership; "Limited partnership" means a limited partnership created under the Kentucky Uniform Limited Partnership Act (2006), predecessor law, or comparable law of another jurisdiction; and "Partner" includes both a general partner and a limited partner.
