1. (1) All fees and other moneys received by the board pursuant to this chapter shall be deposited in the State Treasury to the credit of a revolving fund for the use of the board.

   1. (a) No part of this revolving fund shall revert to the general fund of this
2. (2) Commonwealth.
3. (b) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, fund amounts not expended at the close of a fiscal year shall not lapse but shall be carried forward into the next fiscal year.

4. (3) All expenses incurred by the board shall be paid from this revolving fund, including:

   1. (a) The compensation of members of the board;
   2. (b) Salaries, wages, and benefits of the employees of the board;
   3. (c) Payment of contractors hired by the board;
   4. (d) Administrative services provided to the board;
   5. (e)
   6. (f) Court costs;
   7. (g) Technology expenses related to administration of this chapter; and
   8. (h) All other expenses incurred by the board. Investigative and legal services;
