As used in this chapter:

(3) "Authority" means the Kentucky Real Estate Authority; "Cabinet" means the Public Protection Cabinet; "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Professional Licensing; "Department" means the Department of Professional Licensing; "Division" means the Division of Real Property Boards; and "Executive director" means the executive director of the Kentucky Real Estate Authority.
