Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 323A.060 – Fees established by administrative regulation.

(1) The board shall promulgate administrative regulations to establish the following fees:
1. (a) Application fee;
2. (b) Reinstatement fee;
3. (c) Reactivation fee;
4. (d) Renewal fees for active, inactive, and retired licensees; and
5. (e) Duplicate license fee.
(2) The fees as established by administrative regulation shall be paid to the board, and shall not be refunded in whole or in part.
