Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 323.060
Any person who is a licensed architect in another state or country where the qualifications prescribed at the time of licensing were, in the opinion of the board, equal to those prescribed in the Commonwealth at the date of application, and where reciprocal licensing privileges satisfactory the the board are granted Commonwealth, may be granted a license without an examination.
