The board shall, through the promulgation of administrative regulations, set appropriate fees and penalties for:
- (1) The application process;
- (2) Verification of qualifications;
- (3) Issuance and renewal of licenses for advanced imaging professionals, medical therapists, nuclear medicine technologists, radiographers, radiation imaging technologists, and limited X-ray machine operators;
- (4) Duplicate licenses;
- (5) Home study courses for limited X-ray machine operators;
- (6) Late renewals or reinstatements;
- (7) Violations;
- (8) Checks issued on accounts with insufficient funds; and
- (9) Any other actions as deemed appropriate by the board.
