1. (1) The board may, by administrative regulation, prescribe a reasonable schedule of fees and charges for:

   1. (a) Examination;
   2. (b)
   3. (c)
   4. (d)
   5. (e) Applications; and
   6. (f) Other services and materials provided by the board. Issuance, renewal, and reinstatement of licenses; Issuance, renewal, and reinstatement of certifications; Inspections and reinspections;
2. (2) All fees, charges, or other moneys collected or received by the board shall be paid into the State Treasury and credited to a trust and agency fund which shall not lapse, to be used by the board for the carrying out of the provisions of this chapter.
