1. (1) The provisions of KRS 273.161 to 273.390 relating to domestic corporations shall apply to:

   1. (a) All corporations organized hereunder; and
   2. (b) All nonprofit corporations heretofore organized under any act repealed by 1968 Acts, ch. 165, for a purpose or purposes for which a corporation might be organized under KRS 273.161 to 273.390.
2. (2) The provisions of KRS 273.161 to 273.390 relating to foreign corporations shall apply to all foreign nonprofit corporations conducting affairs in this state for a purpose or purposes for which a corporation might be organized under KRS 273.161 to 273.390.
