1. (1) To begin business, a limited cooperative association shall have at least two (2) patron members unless the sole member is a cooperative.

2. (2) A person becomes a member:

   1. (a) As provided in the organic rules;
   2. (b) As the result of a merger or conversion under Subchapter 16 of this chapter; or
   3. (c) With the consent of all the members.
