Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 249.102 – Authority to issue permit for shipment of injurious plant pests.

When application is made, the state entomologist may issue a permit for shipment into or within the Commonwealth of injurious plant pests for research or diagnostic purposes.

History: Created 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 142, sec. 8, effective July 15, 1996. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/96). In creating the tables for the 1996 Kentucky Acts, this statute was assigned the number KRS 249.032. The statute was renumbered as KRS 249.102 during codification.
