Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 242.240 – Sale or gift of articles not classed as alcoholic beverages restricted.

A person shall not sell or give any of the articles listed in KRS 241.010(2)(a) to (e) and

(h) as not within the definition of alcoholic beverages, knowing that, or under such circumstances that, the seller or giver might reasonably deduce that the purchaser or person to whom the article is given intends to use it for beverage purposes.
