Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 227.991 – Penalties.

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates subsections (2), (3), (4) or (5) of KRS 227.410 shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10) and not more than fifty dollars ($50).
