Administration of pesticide control statutes.

Effective Jul 15, 19801980 Ky. Acts ch. 295, sec. 48Commonwealth of Kentucky

KRS 217.542 to 217.630 shall be administered by the Department of Agriculture, hereinafter referred to as the "department."
