- (2) "Cabinet" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; and "Sexually transmitted disease" means syphilis, gonorrhea, chancroid, granuloma inguinale, genital herpes, nongonococcal urethritis, mucopurulent cervicitis, acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), human immunodeficiency virus
- (HIV) infection, chlamydia trachomatis infections, and any other sexually transmitted disease designated by the cabinet under the provisions of KRS Chapter 13A.
