- (1) The cabinet shall publish printed material and maintain on its Web site the following statement: "Information on the potential ability of qualified medical professionals to reverse the effects of an abortion obtained through the use of abortion-inducing drugs as defined in KRS 311.7731 is available, and shall also include information for assistance in locating a medical professional who can aid in the reversal of a drug-induced abortion."
- (2) On an annual basis, the cabinet shall review and update, if necessary, the statement required in subsection (1) of this section and shall also include information for assistance in locating a medical professional who can aid in the reversal of a drug-induced abortion.
