Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 212.830 – Definitions for KRS 212.810 to 212.930.

As used in 212.810 to 212.930, unless the content requires otherwise:

(2) "Cabinet" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; and "Health officer" means the chief administrative officer of the district health department.
