Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 211.672 – Definitions for KRS 211.672 to 211.678.

As used in KRS 211.672 to 211.678, unless the context requires otherwise: "Cabinet" means the Cabinet for Health and Family Services;

(1) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department for Public Health;
(2) "Department" means the Department for Public Health; and
(3) "Secretary" means the secretary of the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
