As used in this section and KRS 211.395:

- (2) "Department" means the Department for Public Health; "Eligible medical condition" means Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, irritable bowel syndrome or other inflammatory bowel disease, or any other medical condition that requires immediate access to a toilet facility; and "Person" means an individual who is lawfully on the premises of a public or semipublic building regulated by KRS 211.180.
