- (1) There is hereby established in the State Treasury a restricted fund.
- (2) The fund shall consist of moneys received from donations, grants, gifts, state appropriations, and federal funds.
- (3) The fund shall be administered by the Department for Public Health.
- (4) Moneys in the fund shall remain in the fund until appropriated by the General Assembly.
- (5) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, fund amounts not expended at the close of a fiscal year shall not lapse but shall be carried forward to the next fiscal year.
