Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 201.010 – Definitions.

As used in this chapter unless the context otherwise requires:

(1) "Home" means the institution to be established and maintained in any county having a city of the first class, in conformity with the provisions of this chapter. "Board" means the body created by KRS 201.020.
