The Department of Corrections shall consist of the following organizational units:

1. (1) Division of Compliance;
2. (2) Division of Public Affairs;

3. (3) Office of Adult Institutions, which shall have the following divisions:

   1. (a) Division of Operations and Program Services;
   2. (b) Division of Medical Services;
   3. (c) Division of Mental Health Services;
   4. (d) Division of Education;
   5. (e) Division of Correctional Industries;
   6. (f) Division of Kentucky State Reformatory;
   7. (g) Division of Luther Luckett Correctional Complex;
   8. (h) Division of Roederer Correctional Complex;
   9. (i) Division of Blackburn Correctional Complex;
   10. (j) Division of Kentucky Correctional Institution for Women;
   11. (k) Division of Northpoint Training Center;
   12. (l) Division of Eastern Kentucky Correctional Complex;
   13. (m) Division of Bell County Forestry Camp;
   14. (n) Division of Kentucky State Penitentiary;
   15. (o) Division of Western Kentucky Correctional Complex;
   16. (p) Division of Green River Correctional Complex;
   17. (q) Division of Little Sandy Correctional Complex;
   18. (r) Division of Southeast State Correctional Complex; and
   19. (s) Division of Central Kentucky Medical Correctional Complex. Each division specified in paragraphs (f) to (s) of this subsection shall be headed by a warden pursuant to KRS 196.160;

4. (4) Office of Community Services and Facilities, which shall have the following divisions:

   1. (a) Division of Probation and Parole;
   2. (b) Division of Reentry;
   3. (c) Division of Local Facilities; and
   4. (d) Division of Addiction Services; and

5. (5) Office of Support Services, which shall have the following divisions:

   1. (a) Division of Administrative Services;
   2. (b) Division of Corrections Training;
   3. (c) Division of Population Management;
   4. (d) Division of Offender Information Services; and
   5. (e) Division of Parole Board Support.
