1. (1) KRS 187.290 to 187.620 shall in no respect be considered as a repeal of any other state motor vehicle laws but shall be construed as supplemental thereto.
2. (2) Nothing in KRS 187.290 to 187.620 shall be construed as preventing the plaintiff in any action at law from relying for relief upon the other processes provided by law.
