Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 179.010 – Definitions.

As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:

(3) "County roads" are as defined in KRS 178.010. "County engineer" means county road engineer. "Obstructions" includes any object which prevents the easy, safe and convenient use of a county road for public travel.
