(1) The divisions for the Jefferson County Board of Education shall be based upon the precinct identification codes and precinct boundaries maintained by the Jefferson County Clerk’s Office as of March 19, 2026. The divisions shall be composed of the following territory in Jefferson County that is part of the Jefferson County School District:
