Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 158.801 – Definitions for KRS 158.801 and 158.803.

As used in this section and KRS 158.803, unless the context otherwise requires: "Program" means the Kentucky Early Mathematics Testing Program; and

(1) "Participating colleges or universities" means all public postsecondary education
(2) institutions in Kentucky and any private college or university in Kentucky that chooses to participate in the Kentucky Early Mathematics Testing Program.
