Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. § 150.445 – Fish not to be taken other than by pole and line near dams.

No person shall take fish by any method other than pole and line in hand, for two hundred

(200) yards below any dam on or across any stream except as otherwise provided by administrative regulation.
