CERTIFICATION STATEMENT:

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 213.141 directs the Cabinet for Health Services to prescribe fees, by administrative regulation for searches or for copies of the record of a birth, death, marriage or divorce.

Section 1. Fees for Searches and for Certified Copies of Certificates and Records.
