NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:
KRS 318.130 requires the department to promulgate administrative regulations establishing the Kentucky State Plumbing Code to regulate plumbing, including the sizes of waste piping. This administrative regulation establishes the minimum size of waste piping required for certain fixtures.
- Section 1.
